Deposits, Payments, and Cancellation Policies

A deposit of $1000 per-person is due at the time of booking with the deposit being fully refundable until final payment. Final payment is due 90 days prior to travel by Friday, February 19, 2027. After the final payment due date, all payments and deposits are fully non-refundable. Cancellations made after midnight on February 19th, 2027 are subject to a 100% cancellation penalty and are subject to insurance policies and procedures.

Travelers should be comfortable with walking, climbing stairs, and handling a few physically demanding experiences, but don't need to be highly athletic.

The Desert Experience does include a camel ride of 30–90 minutes each way (or 4x4 transfer if available), and requires walking in soft sand, which is more tiring than walking on pavement. You can expect uneven sidewalks, rocky paths in gorges or kasbahs, and occasional inclines as well as long drives.

After breakfast, depart Casablanca and journey to Rabat, Morocco's elegant capital and one of the country's four Imperial Cities. After lunch, travel to the sacred hilltop town of Moulay Idriss, one of Morocco's most revered pilgrimage destinations, before stepping back nearly 2,000 years at the remarkably preserved Roman city of Volubilis. Designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Fez is home to one of the world's largest and best-preserved medieval medinas, where life has changed remarkably little over the centuries.

Begin your exploration at the beautiful Bou Inania Madrasa, an architectural masterpiece renowned for its intricate cedar wood carvings, hand-cut zellige tilework, and exquisite stucco craftsmanship. Continue to the legendary Chouara Tanneries, where leather has been dyed using centuries-old techniques since medieval times, creating one of Morocco's most iconic and colorful sights.

Your journey continues through the winding streets of the ancient medina to the historic University of Al Quaraouiyine, founded in 859 AD and recognized as the world's oldest continually operating university. Today, leave the ancient city of Fez behind as you journey south through the breathtaking landscapes of Morocco's Middle Atlas Mountains. Along the way, travel through fragrant cedar forests and picturesque mountain villages, stopping in Ifrane, affectionately known as the "Switzerland of Morocco" for its alpine architecture, flower-filled streets, and surprisingly European atmosphere. Continuing through ever-changing scenery, descend into Morocco's vast pre-Saharan landscapes, passing traditional Berber villages and dramatic desert oases as you make your way to Erfoud, the gateway to the Sahara. Here, you'll trade your motorcoach for rugged 4x4 vehicles and venture into the golden dunes of Merzouga, where one of Morocco's most unforgettable experiences awaits.
