This travel package is the easiest way to see KU Football in London! This travel package includes most everything needed, including round-tip economy airfare between KC to London, 4 nights accommodations at the RIU Victoria near Victoria Station, GAME TICKETS, and transportation from the airport to the hotel and back, and to the GAME and back. This tour will be escorted by a Lawrence Travel Co. tour escort to solve any travel issues that you may have!

Total price of the package is $2750 per person double occupancy or $3750 single occupancy. Deposit due at booking is $800 per person with the final payment due no later than Friday, 31July26. Deposits are non-refundable as we will be using the deposits to purchase game tickets!

The GAME tickets will be purchased AS SOON AS the deposit is made to ensure the best possible tickets. We will make every attempt to purchase tickets in the same general area of the stadium for the entire group, but that is not guaranteed. IF you would rather purchase your own tickets, you can claim a $300 per person "game ticket credit". This credit will be deducted from the final payment.

The airfare included is on American Airlines and does have a single connection each way. IF you wish NOT to include the airfare, you can take a $1000 "air credit" which will be deducted from your final payment. Lawrence Travel Co. is happy to help make recommendations on upgraded business or premium airfare. Again, this air credit will be deducted from the final payment.

Passport & Entry Requirements

All U.S. citizens must have a valid U.S. passport with at least six (6) months of validity remaining beyond the date of return to the United States. Passport fees are not included in the tour price and are the responsibility of each traveler.

EURO ETIAS
The United Kingdom is preparing to launch a new Electronic Travel Information Authorization System (ETIAS) for visitors from visa-waiver countries, including the United States. While this system is not yet finalized, it may be required by the time this tour departs. If implemented, travelers may need to complete a short online form and pay a small fee (currently estimated at around $10- $20). We will provide updated information as soon as the EU confirms the final requirements.

In the unlikely event of accidents or illness, travel insurance insures peace of mind against the unforeseen.

 All deposits and final payments are non-refundable and will be subject to policies and protections of travel insurance. Any uninsured cancellations up to and including deposits, missed final payments, no-shows, and any cancellations prior to travel, or while on tour, will incur a 100% cancellation penalty. Lawrence Travel Company recommends purchasing travel insurance to avoid these penalties.

You will meet your group at the MCI airport and fly overnight to London!

Early morning arrival in London! A private motorcoach will take us to our hotel, where you can explore the area and have some lunch before checking-in. A cocktail hour is included at the hotel bar to meet your travel companions!

Your private motorcoach will take you from the RIU Victoria to Wembley stadium to enjoy the game and back home again!
